The Sale Contract includes the following:
1) REIQ Contract for residential land. This is the standard sale contract provided by the Qld Law Society. Form completion (pg 1-6) required.
2) Annexure A. This outlines the special conditions that affect this sale. Form completion (pg 15) and Buyer and Witness’ signature (pg 23) required.
3) Annexure B. This outlines the Community Development Standards Covenant for the estate. Form completion (pg 24) and Buyer, Seller and Witness’ signature (pg 39) required.
4) Annexure C. This is applicable only if a Guarantor is used for this sale. Form completion (pg 40), guarantor and witness’ signature (pg 41) .
Please note that the contract cannot be signed until registration of the lots.
